My experience with english at this university has not been very good, firstly because the test that designates us a level of english is taken on the day of registration, which is horrible because we are all very tired.
Secondly, I didn't like that when I tried to communicate with teachers to be able to take English 1 and thus level my english my application was rejected, which brought many problems later on, since when I started with english classes 2 I had stopped Study the language more than a year ago.
In addition, I find that the schedules that they give to english are bad, they should consider dividing the classes, a small room, a demanding class, heat, hunger and sleep for more than three hours in a row! Definitely bad thought.
However, I must rescue certain positive aspects, I liked the playful way of teaching by professor Jordán Masias, since he shows great interest in teaching. Besides that I must admit that practicing my writing through blogs has helped me too much to understand my own mistakes, for example I feel that I am now more aware of the use of tenses in english than before.
My great weakness is still speaking english, I don'
t have as much trouble reading or listening, and I have improved writing, but talking is hard for me, since it is difficult to think quickly in another language. I think I'll look for a partner who wants to practice conversations before our final test.
And out of everything academic, I enjoy watching series in English, I really like the original accent.
